Context
Will Gardner, a partner in the show’s law firm, is being investigated for judicial bribery. He has retained a lawyer with a reputation for employing “outside the courtroom” tactics. This clip is a meeting between Will, his attorney, and the firm’s private investigator who is known for employing ethically questionable practices. They are discussing Will’s previous cases in which he appeared before judges he has been accused of bribing.
